Shipping Policy
All Custom item orders are processed to ship out within 7-10 business days after payment is received.
Sublimation Blanks are processed for shipment within 7-14 business days after payment is received. Unless otherwise stated on listing. Shipping can be sooner, but it is not guaranteed. Rush orders are also available at an additional processing fee. Processing time EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Our processing time does not include postal delivery time. Please be advised that USPS only guarantees overnight shipping. We are not held responsible for postal delivery delays or incorrect shipping address that is provided by the customer. Please verify that all of your information is correct before submitting your order.
We are NOT held responsible for lost or damage packages once they are accepted by the post office. Additional package insurance and signature confirmation can be purchased during checkout.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Insured Mail service.

Due to the nature of the products being sold, WE DO NOT offer refunds, exchanges or store credits. Please read the listing carefully prior to making your selections. If you are uncertain about a product, please contact us before making a purchase.

No work will be started without full payment or deposit( when applicable). No exceptions.
TURNAROUND
The turn around time on your order with T & T Custom Designz starts when you've paid in full or made a deposit (when applicable) and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, working /correct tags, all fonts required for print designs, all shipping info, etc.). Delay in receipt of any of this information can/will result in production delays. Our current turnaround time is 7-10 Business Days Average + Shipping. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround. Delay in approval of mock ups can/will also result in production delays. Each finishing service will add extra time to the turn around on orders, adding roughly 2 days per finishing to the turn around time. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote and invoice. If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid for and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
CHANGES TO ORDERS AFTER PAYMENT
Any change to your order you make that is not due to that of T&T Custom Designz, will be subject to a change fee of $25.00 in addition to the additional costs to make the changes. Please note any changes made will delay your order, regardless if you have paid a rush fee or given us a specific date. It is very important to know exactly what you want prior to ordering.
